Transnational Future Workshop

The (further) development of Palliative Care- Competence

Following this year's Summer Academy ("Train the Trainer"; Mon 6.July - Wed 8. July 2009) a Future Workshop will take place especially addressing colleagues from neighbouring countries (such as Slovakia, The Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, etc).

Target group: Professionals who are already active in the field of continuing education for Hospice and Palliative Care, or those who would like to be so.

Goal: To reflect upon experiences in the development and implementation of training programs for Palliative Care (lectures, seminars, courses, degree programs), cooperative exchange, future oriented networking and the bundling of synergies.

Leadership: Dr. Christian Metz & Team

Cost: Participation and accommodations (in Kardinal K?nig Haus Vienna) is free or reduced for participants from neighbouring lands.
